HI-LEVEL ENTERPRISE CO. LTD. is a new brand established by Dong-Zheng Co. Ltd to enter the overseas market. It has inherited the Dong-Zheng’s technical skills and spirit gained from over three decade of experiences in the bag manufacture industry. Using these experiences, it is primarily involved in the production of paper bags, plastic bags, and various adhesive products.
Since our establishment, we firmly believe in helping our clients maintain competitive quality and prices, and so invested in automated production lines as well as new facilities to meet new industry trends. With our “superior quality,” “affordable price,” and “good product functionality,” we have become entrusted with numerous international brands. These characteristics have also been passed onto HI-LEVEL.
Upon choosing Vietnam, HI-LEVEL chose to establish itself in Vietnam and made the promise to change the concept that packaging is a consumable that is disposed after one use. HI-LEVEL uses “heart” to get closer to the client’s needs, overturning established experiences, and let paper or plastic bags, paper boxes, and advertisement boards become the spokesperson for the client’s brands, and passing on the brand values - Packaging is advertising.
